Shipping policy

We deliver all over the world where service providers like DHL, UPS and EMS India Post can deliver. Orders are processed within 1-4 business days depending on the order complexity.

Transit time Order will be delivered in 7-10 working days depending on the location.

Custom Duty varies from country to country and Mittal Teas shall not be liable to pay or inform the customer of the amount. The recipient shall be solely responsible to pay the duty if need be. 

The delivery charges for India are flat and for the rest of the world are calculated as per DHL's weight slabs. All courier companies take whichever value is higher into account from gross weight and volumetric weight.
